Yeah, really great, you pant.

You’re starting to feel a bit out of breath, but seeing your word count go up like this is a great motivator. As is your running companion.


YOU GOT THIS he shouts, jogging beside you like it’s no big deal.
SPRINT! PUSH YOURSELF! GO GO GO!

Normal mode:
15 minute sprint

Hard mode:
15 minute sprint + write to the next 1.5k (eg. say my wc is 1,370, i would write to 1,500)
